Dylan Marquess

Dylan Marquess has extensive experience in various roles within engineering and management, currently serving as Plant Manager at RBC Bearings since February 2017, following previous positions as Business Development Manager and Associate Business Development Manager. Prior to this, Dylan worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation from May 2014 to January 2017 as a Software Engineer I and held the position of Software Engineer Intern. Additional internship experience includes a role at Curtiss-Wright Controls Avionics & Electronics in late 2013 and early 2014. Dylan began a professional career with a position as Recreation Leader II for the City of Lakewood from June 2012 to February 2014. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, completed between 2013 and 2015, and earlier studies at Long Beach City College from 2010 to 2012.
