Jett Cardinale

Jett Cardinale possesses extensive experience in operations and management within the manufacturing sector, spanning over four decades. Jett is currently the Assistant General Manager for the Industrial Tectonics Bearings Division at RBC Bearings, a position held since 2008, after previously serving as Plant Manager in the same division. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Wahlco Incorporated and Precision Castparts, as well as General Manager at Regal Beloit’s Electra Gear Division. Earlier in the career, Jett worked at Textron and Parker Hannifin, progressing from Operations Manager to Engineering Technician Leader. Jett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands.
