Joseph Soto

Joseph Soto has a robust background in aerospace business development and sales, currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Aerospace Products at RBC Bearings since October 2012. Prior experience includes leadership roles at SKF Aerospace, where Soto was the Sales Director for the Americas and managed commercial strategies across various aerospace technologies. As North America Sales and Marketing Director, responsibilities included overseeing sales and customer service teams, strategic planning, business development, and pricing strategies. Additionally, Soto held the role of Helicopter Segment Director, focusing on global sales and marketing strategies. Earlier in the career at SKF, Soto managed the North American sales force and customer service operations. Soto holds a BS in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University.
