Sean Florian

Sean Florian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate R&D at RBC Bearings since April 2023, Sean has held various leadership roles, including Vice President at Rex Forge, Inc. and Operations Manager at Winslow Automatics Inc. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at Deringer-Ney Inc., where expertise in custom precious metal alloys was developed, and President - Director of Operations at American Standard Company, overseeing diverse manufacturing capabilities.
