HC Zhang is an experienced Senior Lead AI Product Manager at RBC Borealis since June 2025, with a significant background in analytics and data transformation gained through various leadership roles at Scotiabank from September 2011 to June 2025. Noteworthy achievements include overseeing the migration of core data and machine learning pipelines to Google Cloud Platform, developing a comprehensive client cashflow framework, and delivering AI/ML solutions that generated substantial run-rate benefits in commercial and retail banking. Prior to Scotiabank, HC Zhang gained experience at Deloitte Consulting as an analyst and at Export Development Canada as a business development associate.
