Hailiang Shi has accumulated extensive experience in the financial services sector, holding key positions at leading firms. Currently serving as the Head of QTS Singapore and Trading & Risk APAC at Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets, Hailiang has previously held the title of Vice President at both Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers. Hailiang began a career in finance as a Senior Developer at Misys, showcasing a strong technical foundation in addition to significant leadership capabilities in trading and risk management.
