Heather Barnes possesses extensive experience in client management within the financial sector, having served as Managing Director and Head of the Client Success Team at RBC Capital Markets from November 2009 to November 2024. Prior to this role, Heather held several positions at the Royal Bank of Canada, including Managing Director and Director of Global Trading Client Management, starting in May 2005.
