Jainesh Shah

Jainesh Shah, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management, particularly within community investments. Since July 2010, Jainesh has held various leadership roles at RBC Capital Markets, including Co-Head Financial Management - Community Investments, Vice President - Community Investments, and responsibilities within the Financial Review for the Tax Credit Equity Group. Jainesh's expertise encompasses tax and finance review of partnership agreements and managing a portfolio of 45-50 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) assets. Prior to RBC, Jainesh was a Senior Associate at Reznick Group for four years, specializing in auditing for affordable housing tax credits, non-profits, and governmental entities. Jainesh started the professional journey as a Tax Intern at Compass Group North America in 2005. Jainesh holds a Master's in Accounting and a BSBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
