Kandarp Desai

Kandarp Desai serves as the Senior Director and Global Head of Compliance, Technology & Operations at RBC Capital Markets since November 2021, overseeing global compliance for infrastructure platforms and technologies, focusing on various compliance areas including Disaster Recovery, SOX, SOC2, and IT Risk management. Prior to this role, Kandarp held positions in cyber security management at Dun & Bradstreet from July 2018 to November 2021, and as Director of Infrastructure Services at INTTRA from March 2014 to June 2018. Previous experience includes significant roles at Deutsche Bank, Verizon, EDS, First USA Bank, and IBM Global Services, spanning over two decades in various technical and managerial capacities. Kandarp holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University, completed between 1999 and 2002.
