Lauren McCrea

Lauren McCrea has extensive experience in administrative and operational support roles, currently serving as the Head of US Administrative Support at RBC Capital Markets since October 2014. Previous positions include Business Coordinator and Executive Assistant at RBC Capital Markets, Operations Administrator at Flexible Business Systems, and various roles at Penn State University, including Undergraduate Research Assistant and Student Manager. While at Penn State Women's Chorale, Lauren held multiple leadership positions including Vice President and Treasurer, and contributed as a dancer for the 2013 THON event. Lauren's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, obtained in 2013.
