Michelle Lam

Michelle Lam is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Team Lead in the Client Experience Group at RBC Capital Markets, a position held since April 2016. Previously, Michelle progressed through various roles at RBC, including Associate, Business Analyst in Global Equity Trade Support, Senior Analyst in Equity Order Management, and Analyst in Equity Order Management. Before joining RBC, Michelle worked at State Street from August 2015 to April 2016 as a Pricing Analyst in Securities Valuation, having held the same position there from 2013 to 2014. Michelle holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, earned between 2010 and 2015.
