Peter Ibrahim is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and management. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, Peter focuses on providing executive support to C-level executives while ensuring prompt issue resolution. As CEO and Founder of Happy Geeks Computer Shoppe, Peter offers consulting services and network solutions to local businesses. Previous roles include Technical Specialist with the NYC Department of Education, where Peter managed hardware/software troubleshooting and developed a database for tracking student progress, and positions as a teaching assistant and technology paraprofessional.
