Julie Woodburn

Julie Woodburn is an experienced Configuration Manager at RBC, Incorporated since November 2019, and previously served as a Senior Instructional Designer/Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton from August 2012 to November 2019. In that role, Julie led instructional design projects for the Indian Head Cartridge Actuated Device and provided project management oversight for eLearning products. Additional experience includes working as an Instructional Designer at Pinebrook, Inc., where Julie authored a Training Requirements Document, and as a Sr. Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, contributing technical writing expertise for military technical manuals. Julie began career as an HR Generalist at SCCI. Educational qualifications include an MA in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a BS in Speech Communication - Public Relations from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
