David Bailey

David Bailey is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in wealth management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for RBC Wealth Management Europe since April 2023, David also leads Strategic Initiatives within the organization. From January 2016 to June 2023, David held the position of Chief Operating Officer at RBC Wealth Management International, where David was also the Chief Financial Officer. Prior roles include Regional Head of Finance at RBC Trust Company (Cayman) Limited from August 2011 to February 2015, Senior Finance Manager at RBC (Channel Islands) Limited from 2001 to 2011, and Finance Manager at Barclays Wealth from July 1992 to December 1999.
