Sarah Weeks

Sarah Weeks has extensive experience in program management and development across various organizations. At RBC Wealth Management, Sarah serves as Field Advancement Development Manager and previously held the role of Practice Management Coordinator. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Second Harvest Heartland where responsibilities included writing grant proposals, improving grant practices, and managing client partnerships. Sarah also held the position of Senior Program Director at C5 Youth Foundation of Southern California, where program oversight and community engagement were key focuses. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Philosophy from Whittier College.
