Nathan Rauch, FACHE, PMP has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Supply Chain Services for RB Consulting, Inc., where they serve as the subject matter expert for supply chain services, focusing on opportunities within the Department of Defense, Veterans Administration and other federal agencies. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Program Manager for TechWerks, where they were the primary point of interface supporting, developing and providing analysis for multiple VA and DoD contracts. In 2019, they were the Chief Executive Officer of the Medical Logistics IT Program Management Office for the Defense Health Agency. From 2016 to 2011, they held various positions, including Deputy Commander of the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Center - Europe and Director of Medical Logistics for the U.S. INDOPACOM Command Surgeon. Finally, in 2011, they were the Director of Supply Chain Management for Tripler Army Medical Center.

Nathan Rauch holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Kent State University, which they obtained between 1992 and 1996. Nathan then went on to obtain a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Troy University between 1996 and 1998. After that, they earned a Master of Health Administration - MHA from Baylor University between 2006 and 2008, and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 2010 and 2012. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2023, a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in 2021, and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2020.
