Chelsea Kingsbury

Chelsea Kingsbury is currently the Head of People Experience at RBCx, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Chelsea served as Head of People and Director of Culture and Engagement at Lunchbox from August 2021 to April 2022, and as People Experience Lead at RBC Ventures from January 2020 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Chelsea was the Senior People Operations Manager at Ritual.co and Talent Manager at JUICE Mobile. The initial roles included HR Generalist at Chango, a programmatic advertising platform, and Clinical Research Coordinator at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Carleton University.
