Philippe Brutsaert

Philippe Brutsaert is an experienced football professional with a focus on youth development and coaching. Currently scouting for the Belgian youth national teams and coaching high potential players at the WU14 and U15 levels with the Royal Belgian Football Association, Philippe also serves as a course instructor in scouting at ATK Conseils since 2018. With a long-standing role at Université catholique de Louvain as a pedagogical collaborator for Germanic languages, Philippe has been active in various capacities with the Vlaamse Trainerschool and as a master trainer at the Ecole Fédérale des entraineurs for multiple coaching certifications. Prior experience includes directing the Youth Academy at Royal Excel Mouscron and leading youth recruitment at KV Kortrijk, complemented by a solid academic background in Germanic philology and sports management.
