Niraj Raj

Niraj Raj possesses extensive experience in customer experience, digital marketing, and public relations, currently serving as Vice President at RBL Bank since August 2018, having advanced through the roles of Deputy Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Prior to RBL Bank, Niraj held managerial positions in customer experience and digital marketing at HTC, overseeing South Asia and India operations from February 2015 to July 2018. Niraj's career also includes senior management roles in customer service operations at iEnergizer and Canon India, as well as foundational experience in marketing and technical operations. Niraj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Center of Distance Learning, completed between 2012 and 2014.
