Shailendra Gurap

Shailendra Gurap is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in asset management and regulatory reporting. Currently serving as Deputy Vice President at RBL Bank since September 2022, Shailendra has previously held positions as Senior Manager at DCB Bank and Chief Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Expertise includes the preparation of Non-Performing Asset (NPA) reports in compliance with RBI and internal bank norms, monthly SMA2/Stress/Potential NPA reporting, and collaboration with various divisions for regulatory compliance. Shailendra has also managed audit inquiries and coordinated with IT teams for process automation.
