Shridhar Madhukar Khochikar

Shridhar Madhukar Khochikar serves as the Senior Vice President at RBL Bank since February 2014, where responsibilities include roles as Head of Connected Banking, Head of Aspire Banking, Head of Complaints Management, Cluster Head, and Zonal Branch Head. Prior experience includes a tenure at HDFC Bank from July 2006 to February 2014 as Territory Head for Maharashtra and Goa in Business Banking, specializing in lending to the SME sector and managing trade finance and foreign exchange transactions. Shridhar is pursuing a degree in NLP and Coaching from Neo Academy and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking from Karnataka University, along with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from QAI Global Services.
