Heather Vance

Heather Vance has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as a Technology Specialist at RBR-Technologies starting from October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte where they held two roles, first as a Senior Software Consultant - Appian Developer from January 2014 and later as a Senior Software Consultant from March 2013. Before joining Deloitte, Heather worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Software Developer from November 2011 to February 2013, and as an Arc GIS Developer from July 2009 to August 2012. Heather has also worked at Morgan State University as an Electrical Engineering Graduate Student, Research Student, and Website/Application Developer from 2000 to 2010. Their earlier experience includes working as a Developer at SafeNet in 2008 and as a Studeadnt Tech. at Morgan State in 2006-2007. Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated expertise in technology, software development, web services, UI design, and application development.

Heather Vance completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at Morgan State University from 2004 to 2008. Heather then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same university from 2010 to 2012.
