Ben Dale

Ben Dale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and credit assurance across major financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Risk in Institutional Banking at RBS International, Ben oversees the non-credit risk agenda for the division. Previously, Ben held the position of Head of Audit - Credit Risk at NatWest Group, where leadership of a team focused on the effectiveness of risk control environments for various lending portfolios was paramount. Additional roles include Non-Executive Director positions at Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association and Places for People Scotland Ltd, as well as impactful positions at Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of Scotland that involved credit quality assurance and corporate finance. Ben's educational background includes an MCIBS from Edinburgh and a degree in Architecture from The University of Edinburgh.
