Jennifer Kilgore

Jennifer Kilgore, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jennifer currently serves as the Human Resources Director at RBW Logistics, where they are responsible for managing HR functions across two campuses of thirteen warehouses in the southeast. Jennifer oversees areas such as talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and benefits programs, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and more.

Prior to their current role, Jennifer worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ConvergentUSA, a financial services corporation. In this position, they managed the HR operations of four sites across multiple states, supporting nearly 2,000 employees. Jennifer implemented HR policies and programs that aligned with business strategies and focused on areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, and performance management.

Jennifer also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at TRC Staffing Services, Inc. and D-1 Managed Services, LLC. At TRC Staffing Services, they provided general HR support, and at D-1 Managed Services, they supported the HR management needs of 300+ employees contracted to a key customer.

Additionally, Jennifer has experience in operations management as a Floor Manager at Rhinehart's, a popular local seafood restaurant. Jennifer supervised a team of over 40 employees, managed day-to-day operations, and handled financial transactions and facilities.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated their expertise in various HR functions, including strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, compliance, and training and development.

Jennifer Kilgore, SPHR, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. In 2011, they earned a Paralegal Certificate from The University of Georgia. Additionally, Jennifer has pursued studies in Fashion Design and Merchandising at Kent State University. Jennifer holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI, which they obtained in March 2023.
