Alan Ince (he/him/his)

Alan Ince has a diverse work experience. Alan is currently working as the VP of People & Culture at RBW since March 2023. Prior to this role, Alan worked as the Director of People at RBW from February 2020 to March 2023. Alan also founded and managed C R Ξ Τ Ξ Candles since March 2018. Before that, Alan worked as the Manager of People at Buffy from September 2019 to February 2020. Alan gained valuable experience working at Google, where they held roles in Executive Recruiting for Google Cloud and University Tech Recruiting from April 2019 to September 2019, and from September 2018 to April 2019 respectively. Alan also has extensive experience in HR and retail sales with H&M, where they worked as HR: University Relations & Programs from December 2014 to February 2018, US HR Generalist from November 2011 to December 2014, Customer Service Coordinator from November 2010 to November 2011, and in Retail Sales from September 2006 to November 2010. In addition, Alan has had internship experiences at Friends & RPCVs of Guyana (FROG) and George Mason University Public Relations Council.

Alan Ince received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication / Public Relations from George Mason University in 2010.
