Paul Chirgott

Paul Chirgott has over 30 years of experience in the legal field. Paul began their career in 1986 as an Oil & Gas IP Counsel for Phillips 66. Paul then went on to work as a Senior Associate at Seidel, Gonda, Lavorgna & Monaco in 1989. In 1994, they joined PPG Industries as an Associate Counsel. In 1999, they began working as an Assistant Corporate IP Counsel for Rohm and Haas. In 2002, they became the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for GrafTech International, a global material science procurement and manufacturing company. In 2004, they joined Grant Street Group, Inc. as General Counsel. In 2006, they became the COO & General Counsel for Fourway Properties. In 2012, they opened the Law Offices of Paul S. Chirgott, a sole practitioner providing transactional, financing, business, general legal, risk management, oil & gas and intellectual property counsel & advice. In 2013, they became the Chief Legal Officer & Co-Founder of RC21X.

Paul Chirgott received their Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Business from Washington & Jefferson College in 1982. Paul then went on to receive their Doctor of Law in Business Law and Patent Law from Capital University.
