Vanessa Hernández Ide

Vanessa Hernández Ide has a diverse work experience history in the music industry. Vanessa Hernández started as a Promotions Assistant at Greater Media, where they led and executed promotional events for artists and sponsors. Vanessa Hernández then moved on to roles at Accidental Records, Warner Bros. Records, and Red Light Management, gaining experience in artist relations, brand partnerships, and management. At Pandora, they served as a Manager of Artist & Label Relations. Currently, Vanessa holds the position of Associate Director of Commercial Partnerships at RCA Records, where they oversee digital partnerships and product planning.

Vanessa Hernández Ide earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) - Cum Laude in History from Bryn Mawr College in 2013. Vanessa Hernández also participated in a Summer Bootcamp at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at New York University in the same year.
