Josie Richardson

Josie is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments predominately in the North. She joined Rcapital in June 2016 from Deloitte where she led the local Corporate Advisory team.

Josie is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years’ experience in turnaround and option maximisation. She brings a wide, practical, hands on and commercial skill set to all situations.

Based in the North, Josie works closely with Management and national intermediaries to identify and complete new investment opportunities. Post-deal, Josie also supports the turnaround and growth strategies of Rcapital’s portfolio investments through the 100-day plan period.
