Abhinav Kolhe

Abhinav Kolhe currently serves as the Vice President of Data & AI within the Travel & Hospitality vertical at RCG Global Services, focusing on integrating artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Abhinav worked at Cognizant, where responsibilities included leading the Enterprise Automation Practice, significantly increasing revenue, and managing technology service delivery and strategic growth. Abhinav has also held various leadership positions at Cognizant, including Automation Solution Lead and Associate Director - Projects, where Abhinav drove complex automation programs and client engagement. Earlier experience includes senior project management roles at Infosys Technologies and Cognizant, as well as software engineering at Baroc Technologies. Abhinav holds a BE in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management.
