Avegail Songco

Avegail Songco has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Avegail is currently the Head of HR at RCG Information Technology (Philippines) since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Wonders Corporation from April 2021 to January 2023. Before that, they held the position of Sr. HR Manager at cxLoyalty from April 2016 to April 2021. Avegail also has experience as a Sr. HR Manager at Afni from February 2013 to April 2016 and as an HR Manager at Fonality Inc from May 2010 to January 2013. In addition, Avegail served as a Recruitment Manager at VXI Global Solutions, Inc from July 2007 to May 2010 and at HSBC GSC Manila prior to that.

Avegail Songco pursued a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science at Miriam College from 1991 to 1995.
