Shauna Coleman

Shauna Coleman has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shauna currently serves as a Member at Chief, a private network that supports women executives. Prior to this, they were the Chief People Officer at RCG Global Services. Shauna has also held leadership positions at 3Gtms, LLC. as the Chief Human Resources Officer, and at Navisite as the Vice President of Global Talent Management. Before that, they worked at Velocity Technology Solutions, where they held various roles including Vice President Human Resources, Senior Director Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Human Resources, and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Shauna began their career as an Executive Assistant at Morsly, Inc., working for the CEO & President. Shauna also has experience in the United States Marine Corps, where they worked in Human Resources Administration. Throughout their career, Shauna has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, talent management, performance management, and compensation & benefits strategy.

Shauna Coleman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Ashford University in 2012. In 2013, they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management & Organizational Effectiveness from New York University.
