Craig Pizonka, MBA has over 18 years of professional experience in operations, project management, data analysis, and title insurance. In 2022, they were appointed Director of Operations at RCH Solutions. From 2014 to 2022, they were Director of Operations at Benefit Allocation Systems, where they managed a team of seven direct reports and provided mentoring to enable successful team management and cross-functional collaboration. Craig was also Manager of the EDI Team, responsible for a team of five and overseeing open enrollment file delivery changes, timeline and client/carrier communications. From 2010 to 2014, Craig was Project Manager at National Financial Partners, where they developed and managed a team of five responsible for data analysis, carrier connectivity and custom reporting in a web-based benefits management system. Craig also served as Data Analyst, responsible for gathering clients' employee demographic and enrollment data to integrate into the benefit management system. From 2004 to 2010, Craig was a Title Insurance Agent at Commerce Abstract, where they were responsible for the operational, financial and human resource aspects of the title insurance business. In 2003, they were Account Manager at Venezia Hauling, Inc., managing numerous customer accounts and directing all scheduling of customers' orders to maximize use of company resources.

Craig Pizonka, MBA has an extensive educational background. Craig attended Malvern Preparatory School from 1996 to 1999. Craig then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Logistics and an Economics Minor from Penn State University from 1999 to 2003. In 2009, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Penn State University's School of Graduate Professional Studies. Additionally, Craig has obtained certifications from LinkedIn, Smartsheet, the PA Department of State, the PA Association of Realtors, and the PA Land Title Association.
