Nicole Smith is an experienced professional in data analysis and customer service with a strong background in the FMCG industry. Currently serving as a Shopper Insights & Analytics Specialist at RCL FOODS since June 2023, Nicole previously held roles at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd from July 2014 to June 2023, including Data and Insight Analyst and Customer Service Analyst, where responsibilities included data reporting, sales monitoring, and competitor performance analysis.
