Bill Maher

Bill Maher is an experienced professional in real estate strategy and research, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Research at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors since November 2020. Prior to this role, Bill worked as a Researcher/Writer for the Urban Land Institute, where Bill led the US section of Emerging Trends 2021. Bill's notable experience includes nearly 25 years at LaSalle Investment Management in Research & Strategy for North America, and a partnership at Ernst & Young's Real Estate Consulting Group. Bill also held the position of Executive Vice President at Halcyon Ltd., specializing in real estate consulting and services. Educationally, Bill earned a Master in City and Regional Planning from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Williams College.
