Dave Spence

Dave Spence has extensive experience in the high pressure aluminum die casting industry, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently retired from RCM Industries, Inc., where operations in this field were managed until July 2024, Spence served as Engineering Manager at Shiloh Industries from October 2009 to March 2022. Prior roles include Business Area Manager for Foundry and Machining & Assembly at Albany-Chicago Company and various engineering and management positions at Racine Die Cast and other companies from 1981 to 2000. Spence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a focus on Operations from Milwaukee School of Engineering and an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Design Technology from Gateway Technical College.
