Tim Herriage is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate investment expert with over two decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Founder and President of Ternus since January 2024, Tim leads innovative real estate investment lending initiatives. As a Senior Corporate Advisor at RCN Capital since November 2021, Tim focuses on platform expansion and enhancing corporate strategy. Tim's extensive background also includes roles such as Executive Director at RCN Capital, Owner of multiple real estate investment companies, Founding Member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, and Co-Founder of REI Choice Insurance. Tim's previous ventures include founding Elevate Private Capital, 3L Finance, 2020 REI Group, and Investable Realty, as well as serving as a Franchisee and Development Agent with HomeVestors of America for over a decade.
