Johan Asperyd

Johan Asperyd has extensive work experience in finance and business controlling. Johan has worked as a Group Business Controller (Interim) at RCO Security since 2023. Prior to this, they provided interim financial services through their own company, JASCON, starting from 2018. Johan has held various roles such as Interim CFO, Senior Business/Financial Controller, and BI application specialist.

Johan has also worked at POC as a Group Business Controller & PowerBI application specialist (Interim) since 2020. Johan was responsible for the development of reporting in PowerBI, including P&L statements, sales reports, and supply chain logistics. Johan has also participated in the migration to a new Data Warehouse solution.

At Klarahill AB, Johan worked as a Senior Business Controller & Power BI application Specialist (Interim) from 2021 to 2022. Their responsibilities included group consolidation, group reporting, and preparation of monthly management accounts.

Prior to their interim roles, Johan served as a Group Accounting Manager at Gamesys from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the Group Accounting and the operational finance team.

Before that, Johan held the position of CFO at Björn Axén from 2011 to 2019. Their key responsibilities included leading the Financial Department, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, and working closely with the MD and Board of Directors on Corporate Strategy. Johan was also involved in establishing the Retail business in new geographical markets.

Johan also has experience outside the finance field. Johan served as a Kassör (cashier) and board member at Cykloteket Racing Team, a cycling sports club, from 2010 to 2018.

Earlier in their career, Johan worked as a Financial Director at Zenita AB from 2007 to 2011. Johan also served as a Financial Director at BMG Chrysalis Scandinavia (formerly Air Chrysalis Scandinavia) from 2003 to 2007. In these roles, they were responsible for the finance department, reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Johan also conducted a thorough review and enhancement of accounting processes at BMG Chrysalis Scandinavia.

Johan Asperyd pursued higher education beginning in 1998, when they enrolled at Umeå University. Johan completed their Master of Science degree in Finance & Accounting at Umeå University in 2003. During their time at Umeå University, Johan specialized in the field of Finance & Accounting. Furthermore, in 2000 Johan attended the Schulich School of Business - York University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
