Adam Kelinsky has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adam is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at RCT Systems since August 2021. Before that, they were a Partner and Founder of Felix Restaurant Group LLC, a Washington D.C. based restaurant group specializing in the design, construction, and operation of bars and restaurants since March 2019.

Adam Kelinsky completed their education with a diverse range of degrees and fields of study. Adam began their academic journey at the International School Of Prague from 1999 to 2001. Next, they attended Virginia Tech from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at The George Washington University from 2006 to 2008. Their educational pursuits didn't end there, as they went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in the years 2009 to 2012.
