Justin Cheng

Justin Cheng has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Justin currently works as an Electro Mechanical Engineer at RCT Systems, where they develop and tests control systems and electrical schematics for defense purposes. Prior to this, they held the position of Reserve Engineer at Cobalt Robotics, where they repaired, troubleshooted, and packaged robots for clients. Justin also worked at Boeing as an Avionics Engineer, responsible for V-22 Mission Systems Integration and Testing, and as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, where they increased productivity on the shop floor and optimized wire installation jobs. In addition, they worked at Princeton Partners, Inc. as a Digital Developer, at SES Satellites as a Sales Engineer Intern, and at Analytical Instrument Systems, Inc. as a Product Engineer. Justin also held various roles at The College of New Jersey, including Product Engineer, Website Manager, 3D Printing Manager, Laser Cutting Manager, and Technical Manager at TCNJ AMP'd. Justin's experience showcases their expertise in engineering, website development, sales, and management.

Justin Cheng completed their education at various institutions. Justin obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Maryland from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) at The College of New Jersey from 2013 to 2017. During their time at the same institution, from 2012 to 2016, they also obtained a B.A. degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects. Additionally, Justin earned a Graduate Certificate in Engineering: Robotics from the University of Maryland in May 2022.
