Manufacturing Manager at RCT Systems

Russ Minehart has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Russ began their career in the US Army as a Spec. 4 36 Kilo Field Wireman from 1974 to 1976. After that, they worked as a Classs A Machinest at ATM Company from 1975 to 1985, and subsequently as a Class A Machinest at Kimball Industries from 1985 to 1989. Russ then joined Ling Electrontics in 1989 as a Shop Supervisor and transitioned to the role of Manufacturing Manager from 1994 to 2000. Russ continued their manufacturing management career at Satcon Technology Corporation from 2000 to 2008. From 2008 to 2015, Russ worked as a Manufacturing Manager at RCT Systems. Russ's most recent experience includes the role of Plant Production Manager at Survivability Systems LLC, a member of Mistral Group, from 2015 to the present. Russ is currently working as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Advanced Thermal Batteries Inc. (ATB), beginning in May 2017.

Russ Minehart attended Royal Oak High School from 1969 to 1973, where they studied Drafting and Design Technology/Technician, General. Russ then went on to Mt. San Antonio College from 1976 to 1977, focusing on Metallurgy and welding.
