Haley Adams

Haley Adams has a diverse work experience that includes roles in social media coordination, customer service, assistantship, internships, and sales. Haley is currently working as a Social Media Coordinator at RCX Sports since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for the Pittsburgh Pirates from August 2021. Haley also gained experience as a Graduate Assistant at Point Park University from January 2019 to January 2021. Haley interned as an Athletic Compliance Intern at Duquesne University from January 2018 to August 2018. Haley also had internship roles as a Social Media Intern at Doors Open Pittsburgh, Inc from May 2017 to October 2017 and as a 50/50 Raffle assistant for the Pittsburgh Pirates from April 2017 to October 2017. Before that, they worked as a Front Desk Manager at Crunch Fitness from January 2016 to January 2017. Haley also gained experience as a Footwear Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods from August 2015 to August 2016 and as a Membership Sales representative at The Club Sport & Health from September 2012 to June 2015. Throughout their career, Haley has demonstrated skills in social media strategy, customer service, administrative tasks, and sales.

Haley Adams has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Sports Management from Point Park University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management from the same university, from 2016 to 2018. Haley's education journey began at Community College of Allegheny County, where they completed their Associate's degree in General Studies from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Business Etiquette: Meetings, Meals, and Networking Events from Lynda.com in January 2019.
