Sadiq Al Zaman

Sadiq Al Zaman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sadiq started their career as an intern at Dawlance Group of Companies in 2011. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Manager Quality at Alsons Group of Industries, where they focused on improving quality control, optimizing production processes, and developing database management software.

In 2015, Sadiq joined R&D Altanova as a Junior Design Engineer, assisting senior engineers in the development of semiconductor testing technology. Sadiq played a key role in sub-design phases and gained exposure to advanced testing techniques.

Over the years, Sadiq progressed to the role of Design Engineer at R&D Altanova, managing the design phase of complete projects, designing high-end engineering ATE PCB boards, and handling advanced frequency ranges and power draw requirements. Sadiq later became a Senior Design Engineer, where they managed multiple complex ATE designs, collaborated with junior engineers and support teams, and coordinated with the Application Engineering team for design support.

In 2018, Sadiq briefly worked as a Teacher Assistant at the Institute of Business Management. Sadiq provided support in teaching and administrative tasks.

Currently, Sadiq holds the position of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineer (SIPI) at R&D Altanova, a role they have held since February 2023. Sadiq'sresponsibilities include working with design and development teams to improve Power Integrity parameters in the ATE field, designing new pathways for PI Parameters in upcoming technologies, and collaborating with internal departments, vendors, and customers to develop high-quality PCBs.

Sadiq Al Zaman completed their Engineer's Degree in Industrial Electronics from the Institute of industrial electronics, NEDUET, from 2010 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Institute of Business Management between 2015 and 2018.
