Erika Tornice

VP, Revenue at RD Station

Erika Tornice is the Vice President of Revenue at RD Station. Erika has over 15 years of experience in customer success and management.

Erika started their career at Microsoft as a Sales Planning and Pricing Manager. Erika then moved to Vivo, where they were responsible for sales and partnerships. In January 2002, they joined Agua de Cheiro, where they managed the sales team and oversaw partnerships.

In September 2015, they joined Intuit as the Head of Customer Success for Brazil. Erika was responsible for leading the team responsible for the customer experience in several self-service and assisted service channels, as well as for keeping the customer's voice alive and active throughout the organization. Erika structured and hired the team after ZeroPaper start up acquisition, adapting the structure, processes and tools in alignment with the global structure of the organization.

Erika also RFP'd, selected, and onboarded service partners to outsource part of the operation, ensuring support for quality and delivery pillars for the customer. As a member of Intuit Brasil's leadership team, they contributed to the development of the Go to Market strategy and the evolution of local product-market fit.

In July 2018, they left Intuit to join RD Station as the Vice President of Revenue.

Erika Tornice has a MBA in Marketing from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from ESPM.
