Peder Lund Rasmussen

Peder Lund Rasmussen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Peder is currently working at R&D Test Systems as the General Manager / Managing Director. Peder previously held the role of Interim General Manager / Managing Director at the same company. Before that, Peder was the Vice President of Operations, where they were responsible for leading a team of 150 engineers and project managers. Prior to joining R&D Test Systems, they served as a Project Director for Test Systems. Peder also worked at Scan HTP A/S as a Board Member, where they played a key role in preparing the company for sale and assisting with the sales process. Additionally, they worked at Terma A/S as a Project Manager, at NEEDgreentech as a Chief Consultant, and at SerEnergy A/S as the Head of R&D and Test for X00 products. Peder's earlier work experience includes positions as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Aalborg University, an Engineering Assistant at Siemens Wind Power, and serving in the Royal Guard as a Conscript.

Peder Lund Rasmussen completed the Leadership Acceleration Programme IMD at the Scandinavian Executive Institute in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (HD 1) from Aarhus University between 2009 and 2011. Peder'seducation history also includes a Master of Science in Engineering (Dansk: Civilingeniør) from Aalborg University, specializing in Thermal Energy Systems / Mechanical Engineering, which they completed from 2003 to 2008.
