Jennifer Perez has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jennifer began their career in 1996 at The Home Depot, where they worked as an Operations Manager in the Western Division for nine years. In 2005, they transitioned into the real estate industry and became a Licensed Realtor at First Team Real Estate. After four years, Jennifer moved to St. Joseph Health as a Manager of Performance Improvement, where they worked for three years before joining RDAbbott in 2010. At RDAbbott, they held the position of Vice President for Operations for over nine years before being promoted to Chief of Staff in June 2019. Overall, Jennifer's experience in operations, real estate, and healthcare management showcases their adaptability and leadership abilities.

Jennifer Perez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Vanguard University of Southern California from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2019.
