Balusing Rajput

Balusing Rajput has worked as an Executive Assistant to the Business Head at RDC Concrete (India) Pvt Ltd since August 2023. Their responsibilities include communicating with the team, planning and preparing for meetings, conducting internal safety audits at RMC plants, and analyzing transportation and asset utilization costs. From February 2023 to August 2023, Balusing Rajput worked as an Executive CDT (zonal) at PRISM JOHNSON LIMITED-RMC (INDIA) DIVISION, where they focused on improving efficiency and ensuring timely supply of high-quality concrete. Prior to that, from August 2022 to February 2023, they worked again as an Executive Assistant to the Business Head at RDC Concrete (India) Pvt Ltd.

Balusing Rajput completed their SSC education at Mahatma Gandhi Vidhyalaya in Kesar Javalga Tq. Omerga from 2006 to 2016. Balusing then pursued a diploma in Civil Engineering at Government Polytechnic Solapur, which they completed between the years 2016 and 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering at Savitribai Phule Pune University, starting in 2019 and expected to complete in 2022.
