Mario Swaanen

Mario Swaanen is an experienced production and operations manager with a strong background in various industries, including recycling, rubber processing, and semiconductor manufacturing. Currently serving as Productiemanager at Re-Match since May 2022, Mario has successfully built and led a production and maintenance team in an artificial turf recycling factory. Prior to this role, Mario worked as Technical Operations Manager at Gradient Compounds Netherlands, managing production and process development for industrial rubber devulcanisation. Mario's career includes positions such as Production Manager at A. Schulman, AGC, and extensive experience in process engineering at NXP, ST Microelectronics, and Philips Nijmegen. Mario holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Technology from Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Mario served as a Corporal in the Koninklijke Landmacht, facilitating communication for the UN Battalion during the conflict in former Yugoslavia.
