Neelima Somireddy

Neelima Somireddy has had a diverse career in Human Resources and Operations Management. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Neem Systems Pvt Ltd. Neelima then moved to Nipuna Services Limited and Zennon Soft Pty Ltd, where they served as Human Resources Executive. In 2006, they joined LGS Global Ltd as a Senior Human Resources Executive. In 2009, Neelima took on the role of Operations Manager at eVista Corporation. In 2014, they became an HR Advisor at Infotech Professionals. In 2016, Neelima completed an MBA exchange program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and also earned an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Most recently, Neelima has been the Director of Global Operations at Advanced BI & Analytics since 2019.

Neelima Somireddy completed a Bachelor's Degree at Macquarie University in Applied Finance from 2011 to 2013. In 2015, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Management Institute of Australia. In 2016, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a PGP (Exchange program) from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. In 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from KPMG India and is a CFA Level 2 Candidate from CFA Institute.
