Jim Sawall has a varied work experience starting from 1985 when they served as a Non-Commissioned Officer (E-5) in the United States Marine Corps. Jim worked as a Consultant for Telcordia Technologies in 1999 and later joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate in 2001. In 2007, they started working with the US Army where they held several positions, including Chief Engineer, Project Officer, Assistant Product Manager, and Team Lead Manager. Jim received a Meritorious Civilian Service Award for outstanding service. Jim joined ALL.SPACE in 2022 as a Sr. Director Business Development and will be working with Systek as a Program Manager from June 2023 onwards. In this role, they will be responsible for managing all aspects of Systek operations on Aberdeen Proving Grounds.
Jim Sawall has an extensive education background. Jim received their certificate in basic electronics from Coastal Carolina Community College in 1992. Later, they attended Dutchess Community College between 1993 and 1995, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in mathematics and engineering. Thereafter they transferred to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering Science, graduating in 1998. Jim later earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management of High Tech Products and Services/Entrepreneurship from the same institution between 1996 and 1999.
