Susan Crawford

Susan Crawford has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Susan is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at R.E. Warner and Associates, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources and Facilities at United Consumer Financial Services for five years. Susan also worked as the Manager of Organizational Development & Learning at Things Remembered from 2012 to 2016. Susan was the Manager of Human Resources at Austin Powder Company, where they managed a team of six and oversaw all HR functions. Susan has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Phoenix and held HR management positions at Hinkley Lighting Inc. and R.E. Warner & Associates. Susan started their career as an HR Coordinator for the City of Solon, Ohio.

Susan Crawford has a Master's degree in Organizational Management (MAOM) from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Administration from St. Leo University from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their academic background, Susan has obtained several certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2004, and various other certifications in areas such as Microsoft Excel, social and emotional intelligence, and coaching.
